‘I enjoy volunteering for E4E as they are organised and professional with excellent communication. The events are structured but leave you with room to put your own stamp them – allowing for my own personal development as well.’
Andy Cumming, New Star Leasing.
‘I decided to volunteer for E4E following hearing a colleague talk about the benefits it had on the young people and how rewarding an experience it was to offer their time to support the events.’
Julie Girling, Rolls-Royce plc.
How do I get involved?
We are continually recruiting new volunteers who are passionate about working with young people and who share our vision. If you can offer a minimum of half a day a year of your time, you will help E4E to improve the opportunities and skills of our young people and better prepare them for the world of work.
Research and feedback from all of our stakeholders (schools, businesses and students themselves) suggest that all of our activities are of major benefit to the young people and local schools.
Please help us to raise ambitions and aspirations and equip our young people with the skills they need to learn, earn and thrive in today’s workplace.

We are now collaborating with Primary Futures to help support careers related learning in Primary Schools. Learn more about how you can get involved with the “Our Future Derby” here.
We look forward to hearing from you.
